Get involved

Volunteers in gloves bagging fresh produce into boxes at the pantry.

One relationship can become several. Give, volunteer, partner, or hire; each of these doors connects you to the same system of services and to the people whose lives it moves.

Volunteer

Volunteers keep the everyday running, and the everyday is where change happens. No experience required; we provide orientation and pair you with a staff member.

Pantry & kitchen

Pack grocery boxes, sort produce from the urban farm, or help in the teaching kitchen.

Programs & events

Support day programs, enrichment activities, caregiver support groups, and community events.

Mentoring & skills

Coach someone through job search, resume building, or their first weeks in a new career.

Partner & sponsor

Corporate partners get something better than a logo placement: documented outcomes, a credible story, and a pipeline of trained, supported employees. Partnership levels, program sponsorship, and corporate volunteering days are all built around what your team actually wants to do.

Program sponsorship

Fund a pantry season, a DCW training cohort, or a transportation route; with numbers you can report, each carrying a period and a source.

Corporate volunteering

Bring your team for a pantry packing day, a garden workday, or a kitchen class.

Inclusive hiring pipeline

Meet pre-trained candidates, with free onboarding and follow-along support from us.

We name partners only once an agreement is signed; your commitment will be documented before it is displayed.

Hire a program participant

Employers who hire from Brighter View get prepared, supported employees, including newly certified Direct Care Workers graduating from our CREED program. Our employment team handles matching and onboarding, and follow-along coaching continues after the first day, at no cost to you.

  • Care roles: certified DCWs ready for attendant care, habilitation, and respite work.
  • Food service: culinary kitchen graduates with food-safety training.
  • General employment: candidates matched to your workplace, with coaching that makes the job last.
